Hannah M. Anderson
Soil Scientist
I am a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison studying soil science under Dr. Zac Freedman, with whom I also earned my masters degree in October 2023. My work is based in the realms of agricultural soil biology and carbon biogeochemistry, specifically in anthropogenically disturbed soils. I am interested in the incorporation of soil spectroscopy and sensing technologies into soil biogeochemical modeling. I also co-coach the UW-Madison Soil Judging Team!

Walking, Walking, Walking on the earth." -Francis D Hole
